American West update regarding COVID-19

We understand the growing concern surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) throughout our communities, and our hearts go out to all those who have been impacted. At American West, we value our customers and take very seriously our role as a service and transportation provider. Although exposures to the virus remain elevated, our team members and associates have chosen to keep working around the associated risks and are dedicated to serve our customers and business partners.
Currently, we have taken precautions to protect our associates with work-from-home actions, as well as providing personal protective equipment for team members working in our offices, warehouse locations and for our drivers. As the situation with the coronavirus continues to evolve, we will refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and other public health agencies to determine the safest course of actions to implement throughout the operations of American West. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate through the uncertainties of tomorrow. Although we know there may be some impacts and slowdowns with freight deliveries, we remain committed to our delivery promises and will always provide an outstanding experience for you and your customers.
